To provide adequate educational opportunities to the Designated Members, Candidates for Designation, Practicing Affiliates, and Affiliates.

To provide guidance to Candidates seeking a designation:

• Requires an active Associate Guidance Committee chair(s) for residential and/or general Candidates for Designation
• Indentify candidates and their remaining steps to designation

To increase membership to a one-to-one ration:

• Develop and sponsor programs to increase Candidate for Designation, Practicing Affiliates, and Affiliate membership
• Requires annual commitment from Chapter Officers, Membership Development and Retention Committee Chair
• Partner with national recruitment and retention campaigns

To promote Designated Members, Candidates for Designation, Practicing Affiliates, and Affiliates as the authority for providing real estate solutions:

• Identify and establish local advertising opportunities
• Seek local methods to promote both the Appraisal Institute and designations
• Partner with other chapters
• Recognize accomplishments of chapter Designated Members, Candidates for Designation, Practicing Affiliates, and Affiliates
