- This house is located in a great family neighborhood at 3419 Fairhaven Rd. in Northeast Davenport just one block south of Kimberly Road and a few blocks west of Elmore Ave. Your kids would attend the Eisenhower Elementary School, one of the best in the Quad Cities.
- The house has approximately 1644 square feet on the first two levels and is very well maintained and the rooms are all light neutral colors.
- The house has 4 bedrooms and one full bath upstairs. Every bedroom has a large closet except for the master bedroom which has THREE separate closets. The hallway has a linen closet.
- The first floor has a living room, family room, kitchen, and a half bath. The kitchen has a small eating area beside a sliding glass door that walks out onto a very large covered patio. The kitchen has a pantry in addition to the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, dishwasher, and disposal. It is the renter's responsibility to furnish a microwave and refrigerator. The family room is divided by a built in cabinet that forms a dining area or an office area adjacent to the family room. An entry closet is at the front door.
- The basement is partially carpeted and partially paneled. There is ample room for a washer and dryer (either gas or electric) but those appliances are not furnished. The basement could be used for a recreation room, storage, office, or other use, but it is not to be used for a sleeping room. The furnace and air conditioner are newer high-effeciency models. A water softener provides for cleaner clothes, less spotting on dishes, reduced calcium build-up in sinks & tubs, and reduced need for soaps & detergents.
- The 2-car garage is amazingly large and has a gas furnace that can be started to warm the garage if desired but the garage is not insulated. Unlike most garages, you can park two cars in the garage and still open all the car doors and have room to walk around the cars.
- An additional storage garage is located in the back yard and it makes a great place to store lawn mowers, bicycles, gardening tools, etc. There is even electricity available in the storage garage.
- Utilities are not provided and are the renters responsibility. Lawn care and snow removal are the renter's responsibility.
- The yard is not fenced-in although neighbors on both sides have fences along the back yard.
- Lease for a minimum of one year. Base rent is $1350 per month and a deposit of one month's rent is required. References, credit and criminal background will be verified. You can download and print the form that will be used here. A completed form is required for each occupant age 18 or older. Generally no pets are allowed but we can discuss your situation.
