SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
USPAP 2002 is designed primarily to allow
participants to gain an understanding of the revisions to the Uniform Standards
of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and how the document applies to
situations they encountered in their daily practices. The seminar focuses on
areas of ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers.
The seminar includes both lectures and
discussion examples to augment the understanding of how the USPAP apply to
various situations. Alan will field a question and answer session during the
seminar --- have your questions ready.
A copy of the 2002 USPAP Book, as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation, is required for the course.
